Continuing on with crafting in the game, let’s look at how to find cooking recipes in Reel Life.

The first way to find recipes is to buy them from Tessa’s store. Easy peasy, but these recipes won’t be very special – the basics!

The next way to find recipes is to level up your friendship with the residents of Rosenvale. Once your friendship is high enough to enter the private areas of their homes, you might be able to find a hidden recipe here or there.

Finally, you can win recipes from certain slot machines! You have a chance to win a Mystery Box with each spin you make. Open your Mystery Box in your inventory by right-clicking on it to see which recipe you’ve won!

The Mystery Boxes will hold other things in the future, like furniture or clothes, but for right now you’ll just find recipes.
